How early before my event should I place order?

Availability of jewelry is on “First Come First Serve” basis. The sooner you reserve, the more options you get. We recommend booking at-least 8 – 10 weeks in advance for wider availability of choice.

Can I rent for less than or more than 4 Days?

Our rentals are fixed and not on per days basis. 4-Day period is provided only for convenience and saves worries from pre and post event hassles. However, you can rent for a longer period upto 7-Days at no additional cost based on our prior written consent depending upon the availability.

How much and when do I have to pay?

You are required to pay the Rent (Usually 8-10% of Value) and a Refundable Deposit (25% of Value). Rent is payable upfront at the time of booking. For Refundable Deposit you have the option to pay upfront or at-least 10 Days prior to the delivery of Jewelry.

How do I return Jewelry?

You need to courier the jewelry back post use. We send you return address label and 3D secure packaging and for hassle-free return of jewelry.  In select locations and cities, doorstep collection facility is available. Kindly check with us to know more about return pick-up service in your location.

How is Deposit refunded? Are there any charges for damages?

Deposit amount is refunded to your bank account with-in 2 working days of return of Jewelry. We DO NOT charge for damages like stone coming off, minor jewelry breakages, etc. except for complete loss of jewelry or major damage eg. breakage of jewelry in pieces that cannot be repaired.

Do I receive jewelry in exact condition as displayed?

We guarantee you get the exact same jewelry as displayed online. Our jewelry is designed and manufactured in-house with attention even to minute detail. For your assurance, we send you live images of jewelry before shipping.

Can I mix-n-match jewelry and what are the rentals?

Yes, you may choose whole of a set or just part of it. Rentals are charged proportionately for the items you rent. Please do call 99108 13111 or email at help@rentjewels.com for help with any modifications or rentals.

I want specific jewelry but unable to choose?

Will the Jewelry fit me properly?

Yes. Our necklace sets have adjustable back-chains so that it can fit any neck. Almost all of our bracelets, rings, and bangles are adjustable or have screws to fit any size. For specific size request, kindly call at 99108 13111 or email at help@rentjewels.com

I need jewelry urgently? Can it be delivered?
